Is there anyone out there who will say that Bio Spot or Adams spot on for flea/ticks actually works?

I need someone to tell me that so that I won't feel so bad about giving up on frontline plus because of the price.

Bio Spot and Adams are OK for inside animals. They are not strong enough for cats and dogs that go outside and spend anytime out there.
Frontline and Advantage work much better at of course quadruple the cost.
About the comatose cat - I would bet something else was wrong with it. I have worked over 7 years for a vet supply distribution house and we sell 1000+ boxes of Bio Spot & Adams a month and I have never heard anything of the sort happening to a cat. Of course, if they used a product like Advantix which is only meant for dogs - I might believe it.
The only complaint I hear is that the cheaper products don't work as well as the pricey ones - duh...

Researches by Urological specialists at the Military Academy in Leningrad:
